Mallorca begins when you open the window

Facing the Mediterranean, a home designed for people who travel without losing who they are.

Some places soothe you, others transform you. Mallorca has the gift of doing both at once. The sea sets the rhythm, the light changes by the hour and that blend of history and nature makes the island unmistakable.

At Feelathome Mallorca, we wanted to capture that spirit and turn it into a home. Our seafront apartment in S'Arenal is designed to experience the island for real: with direct beach access, just minutes from Palma city centre and with the personal service that defines us.

Every space is designed so you can experience Mallorca at your own pace: with the comfort, style and close attention that define Feelathome. Because the best way to discover the island is to live it from within.

Getting around Mallorca

S'Arenal is connected to Palma by bus, train and bicycle. Palma city centre is around 12 km away and can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Son Sant Joan Airport is one of the closest on the island, just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation.

When to visit

Mallorca works all year round, although each season has its own personality. Spring is the ideal moment: almond trees bloom, the weather is perfect for cycling and the island is still peaceful. Summer revolves around beaches and coves. Autumn is calm, with the sea still warm. And winter keeps Mallorca for those who want the island almost to themselves.

What you shouldn’t miss

Palma’s old town and Cathedral. Northern coves such as Formentor or Sa Calobra. The l'Olivar market for authentic local food. And a cycling route through the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to truly understand what Mallorca is all about.

Where to eat

Mallorca has its own gastronomy that goes far beyond tourism. Pa amb oli, sobrasada, frit mallorquí and wines from the Binissalem DO are essential. In S'Arenal, you’ll find great options for fresh fish. And in Palma, the Santa Catalina neighbourhood is home to some of the island’s best restaurants. Ask us and we’ll share specific recommendations.
