We are here to answer all your questions and make your apartment rental experience as easy and satisfying as possible.

The amounts shown on our website are final prices (VAT included).

Only the obligatory tourist tax of 4,40 € per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (excluding children under 17 years old) in the city of Barcelona must be paid additionally.

In some individual apartments there is a fee of 30 euros for arrivals after 21:00. Check the conditions indicated in each apartment to see if this fee applies.

During the online booking process, the amount to be paid (depending on the chosen rate) must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

At check-in, you can pay by cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

The usual check-in time is between 14:00 - 15:00 depending on the apartment (you can see the specific time in the conditions of each apartment).

Of course, some of our apartment buildings have a reception so you can always come and leave your luggage for your convenience and come back later to check-in.

In those without reception check with the staff about where to leave your luggage and make the most of your stay.

The maximum check-out time for the apartments is 12:00 noon. Please ask the reception staff about the different options to leave your luggage.

Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us. Please always keep in mind the cancellation conditions indicated at the time of booking.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments. In those apartments that have a balcony, terrace or communal terrace smoking is allowed exclusively in these outdoor spaces.

Our reception and customer service staff is available at our receptions during most of the day. Outside these hours, we have a 24-hour telephone number that will be given to you at check-in so that we can assist you at any time you may need in case of an emergency.

We have a wide variety of additional services to make your stay much easier and offer you unique experiences in Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga, Seville and Mallorca. From the moment you make your reservation we will put at your disposal our range of services and we will be happy to help you with all those activities or extra services you wish to hire during your stay in any of these destinations.

All our apartments are delivered equipped with bed linen and towels. For stays of more than 7 nights we will change and replace the linen free of charge. However, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement service on a more regular basis if required. Please ask our reception staff for the applicable rates.

Always at the address of the reserved apartment. Some of our buildings have on-site reception so our reception staff will assist you upon arrival. In those apartments that do not have reception, one of our reception agents will come to meet you and give you the keys to your apartment.

Of course, our apartments have a crib and high chair free of charge (always on request) for your comfort.

In our buildings we have an automatic key delivery system so there is no problem. Just let us know your arrival time in advance and we will send you the instructions to access the building and pick up the keys.

In some apartments we will have to travel to meet you. In these cases there is a late check-in fee of 30 euros for arrivals after 21:00. Check the conditions indicated in each apartment to see if this fee applies.

A complete cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is provided for stays of more than 7 nights. However, we will be happy to provide an extra cleaning service if required. Please ask our reception staff for the applicable rates.
